Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Quick and easy with just a few ingredients can set your week off with a breeze! Easily can be doubled or tripled.

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Jif Peanut Powder
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips


  • Pour first 5 ingredients into a mason jar or lidded container of your choice. 
  • Add in milk and stir well, until peanut powder is well incorporated into mixture and all ingredients are well combined. 
  • Pour in honey and greek yogurt and mix well with oat mixture. 
  • Top with the player of mini chocolate chips. Cover the lid and refrigerate overnight. 


You can swap vanilla yogurt for vanilla Greek yogurt. 
You can leave the yogurt out all together. If you do this, it won't be as creamy.
