Large Marshmallows

  • Use a rolling pin to flatten a large marshmallow. Gently roll back and forth across the marshmallow to blow the air out and flatten it down. This becomes the white section of your Santa suit.

Assembling the Adorable Santa Pancake Skewers

  • Use a small skewer (we did in the photo) start and layer a pancake, a sliced strawberry, a large marshmallow, pancake, sliced strawberry, large marshmallow, pancake and full strawberry. Top with a mini marshmallow for the top of Santa's hat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with melted butter, whipped cream, maple syrup or on its own.
