Gingerbread Overnight Oats

  • 1 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk substitute milk that you prefer
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle nutmeg
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1/8 tsp cloves ground
  • sprinkle ginger


  • Combine the all the ingredients into a bowl and stir well.
    Glass bowl on a red napkin filled with oats, yogurt and all the spices
  • Pour into two containers. Store in refrigerator. Ready to eat the following morning.


Store these in the refrigerator for up to 3 days at a time. 
Feel free to sprinkle in more seasoning to your liking!
