Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats
This overnight oats is like eating a candy bar for breakfast, just not as sweet.
Servings 2 pints
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 pack Justin's Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips mini
Combine the oats, yogurt, and milk together in a bowl and stir gently.
Layer the bottom of the pint jar with oats. Midway, pour 1/2 of the packet of Justin's Peanut Butter in the jar, add a couple chocolate chips.
Layer the remaining oats, followed by the Justin's Peanut Butter and a few more chocolate chips.
You can substitute any nut butter you like for this recipe. We have shown you how to make Almond Butter and Pistachio Butter in about 5-7 minutes.
You can leave out the yogurt. If you do, increase the ratio of oats to milk to be 1:1.
Add in nuts or chia seeds if you like. If you use chia seeds, just remember how much they expand.
