Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats
Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats are the perfect summer time overnight oats recipe! It tastes like a trip to the farmers market.
Servings 2 pints
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 container greek yogurt I like vanilla flavored but plain is great!
- 1/2 pint blueberries
- 1 lemon zested
Zest the lemon and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the oats, milk and yogurt in a bowl. Add 1/2 of the lemon zest into the bowl and mix.
Layer 1/2 of the oatmeal mixture to the jars.
Add in 1/2 of the blueberries and a sprinkle of leftover lemon zest.
Add the remaining oats mixture.
Top with the remaining blueberries and any leftover lemon zest.
