Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 container greek yogurt I like vanilla flavored but plain is great!
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 1 lemon zested

Instructions

  • Zest the lemon and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the oats, milk and yogurt in a bowl. Add 1/2 of the lemon zest into the bowl and mix.

  • Layer 1/2 of the oatmeal mixture to the jars.
  • Add in 1/2 of the blueberries and a sprinkle of leftover lemon zest.
  • Add the remaining oats mixture.
  • Top with the remaining blueberries and any leftover lemon zest.
