Super healthy, easy and FAST breakfast that will help you eat well during your busy morning
Servings 1 servings
- 1/2 cup muesli
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 container vanilla greek yogurt
- ½ cup berries use what you have available
- ½ cup milk optional (I've made it both ways and this helps to thin it out but isn't necessary)
Combine the muesli, chia seeds, milk and yogurt together in a bowl and store in a container in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with fruit and serve.
