Overnight Muesli

Super healthy, easy and FAST breakfast that will help you eat well during your busy morning

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 container vanilla greek yogurt
  • ½ cup berries use what you have available
  • ½ cup milk optional (I've made it both ways and this helps to thin it out but isn't necessary)

Instructions

  • Combine the muesli, chia seeds, milk and yogurt together in a bowl and store in a container in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, top with fruit and serve.
