Strawberry Banana Smoothie Popsicles Recipe
With chunks of strawberry and a creamy consistency, this easy strawberry banana smoothie popsicle recipe is the perfect warm weather treat!Makes 10 to 14 popsicles
Servings 10 to 14 popsicles
- 1 lb. Strawberries tops removed
- 3 Bananas cut into large chunks
- 13.5 oz. Can Coconut Milk regular
- 14 packets SPLENDA ® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
- 2 tbsp. Lime Juice freshly squeezed (about one lime)
Thinly slice three to four large strawberries and set aside. Add all other ingredients into food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is creamy.
Evenly distribute sliced strawberries between all popsicle molds.
Pour mixture into each popsicle mold. Tap the mold down a few times to release any air bubbles, then top up with more mixture as necessary. Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for five to six hours. Run the molds under warm water to help remove popsicles.
