  • 4.5 cups Vanilla Yogurt
  • 18 Strawberries
  • 1.5 Cup Blueberries
  • 1.5 Cup Vanilla Almond Granola


  • Slice strawberries if desired. Place strawberries in small side of container, then place blueberries next to strawberries, then place granola next to the blueberries.
    Fill larger compartment with vanilla yogurt. Repeat process until all containers are full.


The exact amount to place in each meal prep container is: 3/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt, 3 strawberries, 1/4 cup Blueberries, 1/4 cup Granola.
