Notes
As an alternative, omit the parmesan cheese until after you take the baking sheet out of the oven. It will melt as the beans are still hot, and will make cleaning the baking dish easier.Rinse and dry the green beans with cool water before starting. Don't crowd the pan so they cook evenly. Use the freshest green beans every time you make this recipe.
