No Bake Nutella Chex Mix Bites

Ooey-gooey chex mix bites that melt in your mouth without ever heating up the oven.

  • 4 cups Chex Cereal
  • 1 cup Rice Krispie Cereal
  • 1 ½ cup pretzels
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting chocolate


  • Combine the cereals, nuts and pretzels in a large bowl. Set aside.

  • Combine the sugar, honey, vanilla and Nutella in a pan and bring it to almost a boil. Take off the heat and pour over the cereal mix and combine.

  • Once fully combined, place in muffin cups and allow to cool and harden. They will be slightly stiff and yet a little gooey.

  • Drizzle white chocolate on top both ways (up and down and side to side). 
    Individual Nutella Bites removed from the muffin tin and drizzled with white chocolate


I tried using the large regular size muffin tins and the small size and given the ooey gooeyness of these, I would suggest using the smaller one. When you do that, you will yield 36-48 of them instead of 24. 
You can substitute Karo syrup for the honey. 
Use the Chex cereal that you like. Everything works.
