Combine the cereals, nuts and pretzels in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine the sugar, honey, vanilla and Nutella in a pan and bring it to almost a boil. Take off the heat and pour over the cereal mix and combine.
Once fully combined, place in muffin cups and allow to cool and harden. They will be slightly stiff and a little gooey.
Drizzle white chocolate on top both ways (up and down and side to side).
Notes
Sizing: I tried both the large, regular size muffin tins and the small versions. Given the ooey gooeyness of these, I suggest using the smaller one. When you do that, it will yield 36-48 of them instead of 24. Substitution: You can substitute Karo syrup for the honey. Cereal Choice: Use the Chex cereal that you like. Everything works. Meal Prep Options: Meal prep this one by measuring out everything ahead of time to include not only the cereal but the wet ingredients as well. This speeds up the process so much as the recipe turns into a "dump and go" and can be done in about 10-15 minutes.
