Combine the all the ingredients into a bowl and stir well.
Pour into two containers and place in the refrigerator overnight. They will be ready to eat the following morning.
Store these in the refrigerator for up to three days at a time. Feel free to sprinkle in more seasoning to your liking! Don't substitute quick oats as they are too small and won't work for this recipe. Steel cut oats are also not recommended. You can substitute the milk and yogurt that you like for this recipe. Be gentle on the spices at first as it can be overwhelming at first if you aren't careful.
