Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Stir gently.

  • Use a good strong, homemade vanilla extract like Savor and Savvy's Easy Homemade Vanilla Extract that uses only 2 ingredients!
  • You can substitute  a milk/oats ratio of 1:1 if you want to remove the yogurt. 
  • Use only old fashioned oats
