½cup Milk optional (I've made it both ways and this helps to thin it out but isn't necessary)
Combine the muesli, chia seeds, milk and yogurt together in a bowl and store in a container in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with fruit and serve.
We started this recipe by using our How to Make Muesli recipe. Swap out the milk you use to create a recipe that fits your specific taste and diet. If you have stomach issues, leave out the chia seeds as some people can find them hard to digest. Make this only one day ahead to make sure you still have some liquid in your bowl. If you make more than that, the consistency will turn out more thick like overnight oats. If you forget to soak overnight, that’s ok! This is very forgiving! Soak it for 15-20 minutes and you should have soft enough oats to be able to enjoy! I have soaked it for less time in the afternoons for my afternoon pick me up and it’s great. A little bit more crunchy but still amazing!
