This is a great casserole to make if you want leftovers. It makes a lot and you can use leftovers to meal prep for quick lunches, or easy dinners later on in the week. Due to the cream cheese and dairy in the ranch cream sauce, you will find this casserole does not freeze and thaw well. You can cut down the recipe if you don't plan to eat it in time before the dish expires. You can change up the vegetables you add into the casserole. This is a great way to clean out your produce drawer and add additional flavor to your casserole. Take time to meal prep chicken and then store in single meal servings and freeze. This is a very forgiving casserole that allows you to use what you have on hand or flavor components ou prefer.
