Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli

This is an amazingly simple and delicious recipe. Air Fried Roasted Broccoli will change the way you cook veggies forever!

  • Air Fryer


  • 1/2 head broccoli cleaned, cut into florets
  • Spray Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp minced garlic


  • Cut broccoli into florets and put it in a bowl. Spray with the Olive Oil Spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix with hands to get it fully combined. Add garlic and mix again.

  • Lay out in Air Fryer - either in basket or tray.

  • Cook at 390 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Light green al dente was 6 minutes for me. 7 minutes was more toasted/roasted broccoli.

You can sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese (a favorite way to dress up roasted veggies for us) after you remove from the Air Fryer. 
You can sprinkle with other seasonings as you like as well in place of the salt and pepper. 
Use the jarred minced garlic when in a pinch.
