4 to 6chicken breastschunky pieces like I used in this recipe
½red bell pepperlarge diced
½green bell pepperlarge diced
salt & pepperto taste
Placeall ingredients in a gallon-size freezer bag, remove all air before closing. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Transfer to fridge to thaw 24 hours before placing in a Crockpot.
Cook on low for seven hours. Serve over rice.
You can use any flavor of bbq sauce you would like. Feel free to skip freezing and put this right in the crockpot and begin cooking. The freezer meal will freeze for up to three months. The chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees internally.
