Cut any yellowing leaves and trim the ends of the broccolini stalks.
Spray with a little olive oil and mix them to coat evenly.
Lay them in an air fryer basket, making sure that there is a little space between each to allow the air to flow freely.
Cook at 330 for 4-8 minutes, depending on the size of the broccolini. Check early as all air fryers cook differently.
Drizzle a little bit of vinaigrette over the broccolini after it comes out of the Air Fryer.
Serve and enjoy!
Time/Temperature: We tested this recipe out for you four times in two different Air Fryers and the lower temperature ensures that the delicate broccolini doesn't burn or become too crispy. For smaller pieces, start with just 3-4 minutes and work up. For larger pieces, starting with 4-6 minutes was great. Air Fryer Variations: Always remember that each AF has a slightly different output and will cook foods just slightly different. This recipe was based on our Ninja basket version and our Instant Vortex Plus 7 in 1. So when you see recipes that call for eight minutes, it most likely took that long in that specific AF, not that anyone did anything wrong. Test your own for each new recipe. Use Dry Broccolini: After washing, make sure that the veggie is dry. If it isn't dry then it will steam instead of roast and get crispy. Cut Calories: The vinaigrette is taking up all the calories on this recipe. There is obviously more servings of dressing here so count accordingly. If you want to save those calories, just sprinkle the veggies with sea salt, pepper and maybe a little freshly grated parmesan.Storage: Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to four days in a sealed container. Store vinaigrette for up to two weeks in a sealed container.
