This honey dijon baked salmon recipe is sweet, savory and the sauce is so good you'll want to slather it on everything! {WW 3 Purple, 3 Blue, 9 Green, Keto, Paleo, Whole 30, Gluten Free}
3tbspFresh-Squeezed Lemon Juiceabout ½ of a large lemon
2tbspDijon Mustard
1CloveGarlicminced
1tspDried Parsley
Salt and Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a nonstick baking dish with cooking spray (or brush with olive oil). Place salmon in the baking dish.
Mix honey, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
Pour over salmon, being sure to brush the sauce to evenly coat the salmon.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Be sure to spoon some of the sauce over the salmon when serving.
Notes
Add some sauce on top of the salmon to get the ultimate effect. Make some salad, roasted veggies, or potatoes to complete the meal. Some fresh lemon slices are give the perfect garnish and some tangy flavor.
