Easy Homemade Puff Pastry

This Homemade Puff Pastry is going to blow your mind! You can throw it together in as little as 15 mins!

Ingredients

– Flour – Salt – Butter cold – Ice Water

STEP 1

Grate the cold butter

STEP 2

Mix it into the flour mixture using a pastry cutter or an electric mixer with a paddle attachment

STEP 3

Add in the ice cold water & mix

STEP 3

Place the pastry dough on a floured surface.

STEP 4

Knead the dough & roll it into a rectangle.

STEP 5

Then fold the pastry into thirds & roll it again. Repeat this process 3-4 times!

STEP 6

Freeze the puff pastry to use later or use it right away!
