This delicious Mexican Dip is a "set up & walk away" recipe, that takes less than 5 mins of prep!

INGREDIENTS

– Ground Beef cooked – Black Beans drained & rinsed – Rotel with Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies – Onion medium, chopped – Garlic Cloves chopped –  Taco Seasoning – Velveeta Cheese

Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker except  the cheese & mix well  to combine

STEP 1

Add cubed cheese over the top. Cover with lid. Turn the slow cooker on low & cook for 1 hour.

STEP 2

After cooking for an hour, stir well to mix cheese thoroughly into mixture

STEP 3

Once done, stir  before serving.  Enjoy!
