This is an old fashioned, classic Dutch Oven No Knead Bread that our grandmothers have made for decades!

STEP 1

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl & stir with a wooden spoon.

The dough will come together in seconds & come off of the sides of the bowl.

STEP 2

Allow the dough to stay in the bowl on the counter, covered with Saran Wrap or Press and Seal for 16-24 hrs.

STEP 3

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 450 F with the dutch oven inside.

STEP 4

Before baking, shape the dough into a ball. It may be a bit sticky which is fine. Bake for 45 mins, covered.

STEP 5

Remove the lid and cook an additional 10-15 mins allowing the top to get a crusty brown color.
