Decorating my planner has turned into a wonderful hobby. Pens, cute stickers, and tons of washi tape are my weapons of choice. So I made these adorable free printable coffee planner stickers for everyone to enjoy. All of these little things added up to help us create a motivating daily planner that helps us get stuff done!

I love coffee. I adore coffee. I can’t live without coffee. That is why I made these planner stickers. If the lines I see at Starbucks and DD are any indicator, you love coffee just as much as I do!

☕ Coffee Planner Stickers

Top view of the two sheets of the free printable coffee planner stickers and coffee notes next to a cup of coffee and white flowers.

There are 2 sticker sheets with various shapes and sizes, and one sheet with 3 fun coffee notes. I really love this theme, so I had to add the coffee notes too!

This sticker set is a healthy mix of decorative, blank, and functional stickers. Some will be just for decor (we all love a pretty planner), others will serve a dedicated purpose, or provide a blank canvas for you to write on anything you want.

Functional stickers

For example, there’s a hydration tracker sticker, a weekly menu sticker, and a schedule sticker, among others.

I also included some category stickers (such as To Do, Work, Call, Meet…etc.) and icon stickers for work outs, weight loss tracking, shopping, house chores and others.

Blank stickers

You will find tons of blank stickers in this pack – those are fillable with the info of your choice. I sometimes just doodle on them. Pretty planning is a thing, and I am all in!

📎 Download & Print

To print these off, here is what you need to do:

  • Fill out your name and email address and we will send them to you.  Grab the printables and when the tab opens a new window in Preview, you can simply print from there. Alternatively, you can open it in Adobe Reader or any other PDF reader app.
  • Cut around the printables you want and simply stick them in your planner.
  • Print off as many as you want, time and time again.

**Please only use for personal use.**

📱 The Sticker Paper Needed

I used this sticker paper:

📋 Sticker Maker Alternative

Being a scrapbooker, I’ve used this little Sticker Machine for almost 15 years! I still have the same original one and I love it!! I love that I can stick in a single image and get a sticker for just that one little thing, rather than printing off an entire page on Avery Sticker Paper. I love using Avery’s paper when I’m just starting out but when I need a couple little tabs printed out and then made into stickers, this machine is more economical to use. The refills pop back in with no issues and off you go!

📒 What Planner to Use

If you don’t have a planner yet, print out my free printable weekly planner and play with the stickers. This way you can see see if you like it before printing a full planner.

We have a lot of them, so check out our Printables section. Most are free!

Or use this free printable dot grid paper for your planner or bullet journal.

If you are just starting out and looking at planners, here is a great one that I like to use:

This one is high on my list!

  • I like the price point to start off with. Lol!
  • Each day has enough space for me to write, cross off and even edit if I need to.
  • I have holidays up through the following year for a quick glance.
  • The spiral bound ones are the best!

My local office supply store had a limited supply of planners and what they did have were all well over $20 each. Sorry, that is beyond my budget right now. You can get a great one for a lot less.

🖊️ Using Planner Pens to Organize

I designate different color planner pens for different people and different tasks. Blue is for my husband, orange is for my son, red is working out and so on. You don’t have to do this but I love a quick glance at the planner to see what the day brings and can quickly see where my attention is needed.

This one is one of my favorite sets as I get a huge pack for well under $10. I can’t go to Michaels with a coupon and get this price point…trust me. I went with my coupon, checked the Amazon app while at the store, went back home and just ordered them.

✍ Coffee Note Cards

Coffee Notecards to Match Your Stickers

We made some sweet coffee themed note cards at the same time as the planner stickers. They are included in the download.

Hop over and snag them as well (They are FREE!). There are two sizes and they are perfect for those everyday cards you need for a quick “thank you”, or “thinking of you”.

I love Hallmark as much as the next gal, but those cards are just getting too expensive. I need frugal options to still send love without the hefty price tag!

Hope you have fun with your planner and enjoy using these fun new stickers!
