“Monday motivation” is great. Too bad it only lasts one day. Luckily I figured out the best thing that keeps me going through the week: an organized schedule. This free printable weekly planner has been a lifesaver. You’ll always know what you need to do and your brain can focus on getting it done!

*Redesigned & Updated March, 2025.
Every year I vowed that I was going to get organized once and for all. Guess what happened when I finally made that leap and started using one. My life was still hectic, but I felt so much less stress. Before, my brain felt like a browser with a million tabs open.
So I organized literally everything I was working on and would refer to my planner daily. It felt so relieving to keep my day-to-day commitments and plans in one place in the planner.
Now, let’s talk about the planner itself! There are two designs, both with a vertical layout: a cute and colorful option that’s guaranteed to brighten your day, and a sleek black and white one for those who prefer a more minimalist vibe (or just don’t want to waste all their colored ink). Both are designed to fit perfectly on a standard U.S. Letter sheet, so you can print and go.
📝 Black & White Weekly Planner

If you’re looking for a sleek and chic planner that gets straight to the point, this black-and-white weekly planner is your new best friend. The minimalist design is perfect for those who want to avoid distractions and focus on what matters most: getting things done!
I kept it simple with a clean vertical layout, and sections for top priorities, to-dos, and notes. This is all you need to set up a productive week and stick to the plan.
📒 Cute & Colorful Weekly Planner

I love making my planning fun, and if you’re like me this cute weekly planner is for you!
This one also has a vertical layout, and those much-needed top priorities, to-dos, and notes sections. However, I also sneaked in a weekly tracker. You can use it to track any recurring tasks from habits to work stuff.

📅 Tips For Using A Weekly Planner
I don’t like wasting paper in my home. So, I try to save as much as I can. I printed the free weekly planner and laminated it for keeping in the house. I use dry erase markers to fill it in. It is easy to erase and reuse for the next week without wasting.
Trust me; I know all too well how it feels to start a planner and not stick with it. Don’t worry; there may be some days that you don’t follow it because something unexpected happens. Or you end up sick and need to take some down time. That’s normal when you’re first starting out.
Once you have a system in place, you will enjoy it. Here are some tips to help you get organized and stick to it:
📌Pick a particular day each week, and add everything to your planner. Dedicating a specific day and time will make you feel committed, and you aren’t going to want to miss a deadline. It will become a habit after repeating this over and over again.
📌Add in other events and curveballs as you find out about them. There will be plenty of days when you have the planner filled in, and something comes up. That’s totally normal, and you can quickly overcome it. Just adjust the plan or add it in. You should always give yourself some time in the week to plan for surprises, so they aren’t so stressful when they do creep up on you.
📌Be specific when planning. It’s much more effective if you write “bake muffins for PTO” than if you are vague. It is all too easy to forget what you intended to do unless you are specific.
📌Make a routine and try not to steer away from when possible. Let’s say you have a goal to clean out the fridge every Friday, block out time on your planner every single week. It will be a routine, and you’ll know what you needed to do that day.

💡Bonus Tip: On top of this weekly planner, I also use my free printable daily planner. It helps me plan each day with more detail. At the same time, the most important tasks are easy to glance at in the weekly planner. They make a great pair!
