I received such a great response from you guys about my printable set that I decided to make another meal planner for you all!
This menu planner is a single sheet, rather than a set, and will be most helpful for those of you that shop your kitchen before creating your meal plan (or what I like to call reverse meal planning).
Features of this Meal Planner:
It’s pretty basic and features a space for jotting down each day’s dinner (so you can just point to this when asked what’s for dinner 😉 ) and a short shopping list. I love making the most of the space available on a single sheet, but sometimes less is more, especially when you’re trying to create a meal plan as quickly as possible and get organized for the week ahead!
I intentionally made the spaces for each day’s meals quite large, so if you prefer, you can easily jot down all three meals for the day rather than just dinner.
You’ll notice that the shopping list area is small – it only has 15 lines. I made this specifically with meal planning from the pantry in mind, thinking you wouldn’t have too many things to pick up at the store since most of the items are already in your kitchen.
BUT if there’s enough interest (just let me know in the comments below!), I’ll whip up a separate shopping list sheet for you to use with this menu plan.
Here’s the link to download your free printable meal planner.
Ideas for using this free printable menu planner:
- Laminate and use a dry/erase marker to use indefinitely
- Frame it and use a dry/erase marker to write your meal plan on the glass
- Print, fill out and pin with a magnet on the fridge to always have handy
I hope you enjoy! Please let me know any ideas you have for future free printables.

Alice, the one on the page had a corrupt file so we had to replace it. We need to replace the image on the page but have put that one the back burner. How is that for honesty??? 🙂 Ill move it up on the to do list! Thanks for the great feed back!!
