This is the year to get organized and enjoy the holiday season stress-free. Spending an hour with your new free printable holiday planner will help you rock December this year!

If you have ever had a chaotic holiday season, you know how stressful it can be. If you haven’t had a stressful season, I applaud you. Unless you are a naturally organized person, it takes some effort to train to use planners and binders to stay on track.
Once you start using them though, they become an obsession and it’s hard to stop. You will feel so amazing this holiday season if you start using this planner, but the key is really to stick with it.
Since it’s just about 30 days, this is totally doable, so let’s do it!
🎁 What’s Included
🎄 Holiday Party Planner

This is a great page for anyone that is THE party planner of your friend group. You know we all have THE one! The one that organizes and has those amazing get-togethers that we hate to miss. This planner has all the details listed on one page to organize your thoughts, menus, and shopping lists! The best part is, you can print off several if you are involved with multiple parties or you change the menu!
❄️ Holiday Menu Planner

This is one of my all-time favorites! I love to plan the special foods that we make around the holidays. I usually include a recipe or two that I only serve at the holidays and it is nice to write them down to make sure they complement the other dishes. Print a fresh copy for each event.
🧹 Holiday Cleaning Checklist

I know this is a funny one for some people, but it’s really important to a lot of us to have a tidy home for special guests and families. It feels extra special that the home is spotless and fresh. It’s not always about the cookies and fudge!
Take the cleaning checklist and adjust it for your own home. The areas where your family spends the most time are probably the most important, so start there.
🧁 Holiday Baking Schedule

I don’t know about you, but my kitchen is a total chaos during the days before Christmas. Well, this baking schedule will save you, like it did me.
It’s great when you have your menu set, but the preparations also need planning. We’re all doing this in our home kitchens, it’s not like we’re in a restaurant kitchen with multiple ovens and stovetops.
So make sure to set up a baking schedule – consider the baking time for each recipe and schedule them to optimize your oven availability. It’s so worth it!
📸 Holiday Photo Checklist

Being a former scrapbooker, I adore photos. I don’t usually need a list of pictures I would regret not taking, but as the holiday season gets busier, I rely on a list to make sure I get those photos that I want to capture and remember to take for the holiday! Have you ever had that year you didn’t get a photo of the tree or the gifts? Frustrating, right?
Maybe it is the family photo in Santa Hats in front of the town’s Christmas Tree, or it’s the cookies that my mother-in-law used to make. They are all important. Use this list as a guide and add your unique touch to it. Make it fun for your whole family!
🎁 Holiday Master Gift Giving List

This one is really important as so many shoppers overbuy and overspend. Make a list before you ever start shopping and stick to it. If you’re like me, you’ll think of a great gift for that special someone, but then wrack my brain trying to remember what it was a month later. Use this gift giving list as a reminder throughout the year.
📓 Cover and Spines

I love me a well-organized binder so naturally, this printable Christmas planning kit had to include a cover and spine templates.
Inside the PDF, you’ll find spines for the most popular binder sizes:
- 4 inches
- 2 inches
- 1 1/2 inches
- 1 inch
If you have several (read that ‘too many’) binders like me, than you know that cover and spines are not just pretty, they’re also functional. I like to be able to tell what’s inside the binder as it’s sitting on the shelf, without having to pick it up.
💲 Holiday Budget Planner

Last but not least, the most important one…drum roll, please! The holiday budget planner is crucial! Why go into the holidays risking increasing your debt. You’ll have to deal with it in January and February! Blech! Set a budget and stick to your guns. Be careful of what you are adding to your cart (in person and online!!) and if you have kids, give them budgets as well. Start talking about money and expectations early.
Although not included in this binder, we did make a 12 Week Christmas Savings Challenge that you can download for free to help you save ahead of the holidays. You have three levels of savings goals, depending on your personal situation. No matter what, give up a few coffee shop drinks and start saving.
