- Fill in the form below with your name and email and click the “Grab It Now” button. You’ll get the download link for the PDF file in your inbox in a jiffy.
- Save the PDF and open it with your favorite PDF reader app. If you don’t have one, you can get the free Adobe Reader by clicking on its name.
- Type in your custom names on the place cards.
- Use the Print option and adjust any settings if you need to.
- You can see how the printed result will look in the preview area. If you’re printing on U.S. Letter paper leave the Scale option set to 100%.
- Hit the Print button.
- Use a pair of scissors or a paper cutter to cut the place cards following the dashed line.
Tip: If you want to manually write the names on the place cards, click in the name fields and delete the text on each place card before printing. This way, you’ll have blank place cards to write on.
