March screams the beginning of spring and all that surrounds the renewal and optimism of what is to come. Time to shed the winter hibernation bear attitude and get back to a solid routine and making progress with our aspirations and goals. Sometimes that means gardening, working out or spring cleaning.

Most of us have a tough time pulling ourselves back off the cozy couch and starting back up our routines with a solid workout plan, planning our gardens and trying to make the decision if you want to spring clean first or start decluttering.
Great news! The March 2027 calendars help with all of it!

📅 Calendar Planning Hacks For A Magical March
These monthly calendars are such versatile planning tools that you’ll be able to use in so many different ways in your day to day life. Over the years I have settled in with a good system that works for me and I love to share it so you can see if something here resonates with you to help you too.
So, here are some of my favorite tricks for making the most of those blank squares.
🌈 Visual Organization
Simply writing things in the allocated daily spaces of your calendar is not a bad start, but it can be better! I’m a visual person so I highly rely on color-coding and symbols to make my calendars easy to navigate. My eyes can quickly look at the calendar and know so much by using my color-coding system.
Here’s the color-coding system I use:
🔵 Blue – Work deadlines and meetings
🟢 Green – Family activities
🔴 Red – Important events
🟠 Orange – Errands and chores
🟡 Yellow – Social commitments
🟣 Purple – Self-care
And here are a few symbols that I like to sprinkle in:
⭐Stars – Birthdays
❤️Hearts – Anniversaries
‼️Exclamation points – Important deadlines
💲Dollar signs – Bill payments and other purchases
💡Lightbulbs – Bright ideas
✔️Checkmarks – Completed tasks
✈️Airplanes – Travel plans
🎵Music notes – Concerts and performances
🙂Smiley faces – Fun outings
Feel free to steal my strategy or create your own! Whatever helps you make sense of your schedule!
⏳ Time Blocking – Amped Up Productivity
Have you ever heard of time blocking? It’s a game-changer for productivity! You will not be the same person after you do this!
Simply put, you divide your day into chunks of time and assign specific tasks or activities to each block. Using this method, you stay focused and avoid getting sidetracked by those pesky distractions – like that never-ending social media scroll. We all need to minimize distractions and this does help me.
A while back, I created these free printable time-blocking templates and now I can’t even remember how I used to manage without them. They have made my days and weeks feel soo much more organized!
I even use them when I am working on party planning to make the flow easier and so I don’t forget anything.
