My favorite part of Thanksgiving is having everyone together, but it can be tricky to get all the different age groups interacting. These free printable Thanksgiving conversation starters are fantastic for bridging that gap between grandparents and grandkids. It’s so much fun to hear the different answers and learn something new about family members!

Let’s be honest, sometimes family gatherings need a little help to keep the conversation light, fun, and safely away from certain topics! I designed these Thanksgiving Conversation Starters as a playful way to guide the discussion toward happy memories and silly ideas.
So download this to get a conversation going and have a blast this holiday season – they’re great for both kids and adults!

👨👩👧 Fun Ways To Use The Conversation Starters
👉Dinner Conversation | Let each member of the family grab a card out of a bowl and read the question and then answer. This is a fun way to naturally get a conversation flowing.
After the person answers, pass the cards to the next person and let them choose one.
👉Play A Game | One person grabs a card and then picks a person to answer it. Have them read the card out loud. Then the person they pick has to answer. It is a way to get more interaction with each other.
If you have little kids who are learning to read, just have an adult help them out!
👉Everyone Answers The Question | Have one person read the question and then every member has to answer with a unique answer.
This works great if you have a smaller group of people!
