The holidays can get expensive in a hurry, so I’m always looking for small ways to save without sacrificing any of the festive fun. These free printable Christmas gift tags are my little gift to you – a beautiful way to decorate your presents without spending an extra dime. It’s amazing how a little freebie can bring so much cheer!

I’m so excited to be putting up our Christmas tree this weekend! I can’t wait to start decorating, watching cheesy Christmas Lifetime movies, and drinking cookies and cream hot chocolate, Christmas crockpot coffee, and instant pot eggnog with a cookie or two.
If you’re in full-on gift-wrapping mode, these gift tags come in handy, especially when you are in a pinch, sitting on the floor in a mess of gifts and Christmas paper.
We’ve all been there when we have run out of tags and groan out loud. I’m sharing four designs today, so hopefully you’ll see at least one that works for you this year!
🎅🏻 Christmas Gift Tags
This printable comes with 4 different tag designs, and I honestly can’t pick a favorite! I designed them to be a fun little variety pack, so you can mix and match them on all your presents under the tree.
All of the tags are a standard 2 x 3.5 inches, a versatile size for all your gift-wrapping needs.

✅Save the PDF file to your device and open it with the free Adobe Reader (or another PDF reader).
✅Print on 8.5×11” matte photo paper or card stock at 100% size (to preserve image quality, don’t resize if you can help it).
✅Trim each tag to size, make a hole with a hole punch and attach to your gifts using your favorite ribbon or string.
Now that you have the perfect tags for your gifts, you might need a lovely card to go with them! I also have a set of beautiful free printable Christmas greeting cards you can print right from home.
❓ FAQ
I recommend using card stock or watercolor paper, if you want to achieve a professional look. However, regular printer paper works in a pinch!
You can use a hole punch and add ribbon for a dressed up version or you can simply make donut holes for the back of the tag and tape them on the front of gifts. Either way, it is way cheaper and a lot cuter than buying the little sticker ones.
Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
