If you don’t eat all the crackers right away, allow them to fully cool. Then store in an airtight container or sealable bag. The cheese crackers will store for 5-7 days.
Spritz the crackers lightly with oil, then sprinkle with the seasoning you want. Air fry just as you would with the classic crackers.
Pre-shredded cheese has some extra starches to prevent it from sticking. You will find it is best to use block cheese that you shred yourself. If you do use pre-shredded cheese, you will find the texture will be off a bit.

We live overseas and they don’t sell any kind of cheese crackers here, so I was so excited to find this recipe! My kids love it and it satisfies my cravings for Goldfish or Cheez-its. I do add an additional 2-3 minutes of time in the airfryer.
That’s fantastic!! Enjoy!
Drea! That’s fantastic! Thanks for coming back and taking the time to share! Ginny 🙂
So cheesy and delicious! I love that you can control what goes into your crackers
I tried to use your site, but it is impossible! All you can see is giant ads. I can barely see any portion of the recipe. The only way to see it is to go to a print screen. I won’t be back.
