Is the last day of school a national holiday in your family? We’ve all been there! Before you switch from the school routine to keeping the kids entertained while keeping the house in one piece, it’s time to celebrate this special moment. These free printable last day of school signs for the 2024-2025 school year are perfect for kicking off the summer break with a bang!

A while back when Spencer was little I had this brilliant idea to make some DIY last day of school signs. I ended up working on them until 2 AM and the house? Even a month later I was still vacuuming glitter.
So I figured there has to be an easier way to make some cute signs. And there was. With these printable signs, you’ll be photo-ready in just a few minutes – and you won’t need a hazmat suit to clean up afterward.
You’ll find two sets of fun and colorful signs in this printable pack! Both designs include a generic sign “School’s Out for Summer!” and individual signs for every grade, from Pre-K to 12th grade. No matter what grade your little scholar is finishing, we’ve got you covered!
🎉 ‘School’s Out for Summer’ Celebration Sign

These signs practically scream “freedom!”. Or at least that’s what I’m imagining they would say if signs could talk. Hang ’em up in the classroom, use them as photo props, or even gift them to your child’s teacher as a little “we survived the school year” present.

🖨️ Grab It Now
Enough chit-chat! Here’s how to download and print these cuties!
✅Fill in your name and email in the box below and hit the “Grab It Now” button.
✅You’ll get an email with the download link to the PDF in your inbox.
✅Once you’ve downloaded the file, open it in Adobe Reader (or any PDF reader you prefer). If you try to open it in a program that’s not specifically designed for PDFs (like Mac’s Preview app), the formatting might go a bit wonky.
✅Now, just print it out on regular U.S. Letter printer paper or cardstock (I personally like to use cardstock because it’s a bit sturdier).
✅If you’re using a different type of paper like A4 or A5, make sure to adjust the Scale setting accordingly.
