The Ultimate Pet Care Binder sets you and your little furry loves up for the best tracking of their health. Everything you need to create a tracking system for your pet’s health is here. Take this one to every vet and groomer appointment to track your pet’s health.

We created this after the loss of our dog, Snuffy. Snuffy was never the healthiest dog from the day we got him at eight weeks. There was always something a little bit off with him and it continued throughout the course of his life. Not everyone has an ill dog from the beginning, but it is best to track all of your vet appointments, medications and such to help the vet diagnose your concerns for your dog or cat.
Why This Works
Stay Organized | This all in one organizational planner allows you to stay on top of everything for your little fur baby. Whether you are tracking the new growth of a puppy or simple vaccinations, this is going to allow you to keep everything tracked.
Vet Will Love You | Your vet is going to love that you are tracking your pet’s health just as you would your own child. They are part of the family and this shows that we mean it.
Better Health Management | This planner helps you track when issues start to arise and will need to be addressed. You will no longer be “wondering” when a skin issue started or if a growth becomes larger since will be documenting it all now.
🐕 Pet Information Sheet
This will be your “go-to” for all things about your pet. The important phone numbers and contact information for the vet, groomer and pet sitter.
Take note that the dates for being neutered/spayed along with important markings and chip numbers.
Spend just a few minutes and write all of this down now and you won’t have to worry about it ever again. Put a photo inside along with special notes that can be important to tell the vet or groomer when you go in.

If the worst happens, and your pet goes missing, you will have all the key information available to post the picture in your neighborhood.
🐈 Vet Visits Worksheet
This great page is for you to keep track of what happened at each veterinary visit. Take this notebook with you to the vet and spend 5-10 minutes in the car when you get out to jot down all the important data pieces before you forget.
You may want to print off several of these and just have them handy in the binder.
Our poor dog was in the vet a lot and my little notes on the vet bill turned out to be a mess. Start out strong with a Pet Care Binder.

We were in the military and moved all over the country, so it wasn’t easy trying to collect vet information from all the places we had been. It would have been so much easier to have grabbed this binder and referred to the vet history here.
🐾 Vaccination Log
It is important for you to have this for using most kennel boarding and grooming. Keeping up on vaccinations is tough when days and months fly by and we think “we just had that one done” but it’s overdue.
Instead, log it into the worksheets the same day the vaccinations occur. Just get in the habit of taking the Pet Care Binder with you to the vet and groomer visits.
We had to fly out to visit family for an emergency and had to board our dog. He hated to be placed in boarding! Seriously, he would go psycho, so we very seldom used it! We didn’t have a choice this time we were lucky that the vet was open when we had to put him in. We were able to call and get all the information. If we had tried this after hours, I know we would have had a hard time as the vet would have been closed, and I didn’t have the information.

That is a great reason to keep your own vaccination log in the printable binder.
🦜 Medication Log Printable
Record the time to log each medication, how much was given, and any notes. I would love to use this one sheet with my dog sitter. She would write down that information, so I knew when it was completed and if there were any issues.
As your animal ages, it is likely that they will be taking medication at some point, and it is best to just write it down so you don’t question whether or not you gave the medicine earlier.
🐾 Pet Sitter Printable
One of the most treasured printables we have! Seriously! My son made money throughout the year by dog sitting in the neighborhood. You won’t believe how much money this kid has made since he was nine years old. Insane!
This dog + cat sitting instruction sheet was designed based on his years of pet sitting cats, dog, birds, and guinea pigs. Take just a few minutes to fill this out for your future pet sitter and set them up for success.
The more information that you give them about your pet, the easier it will be for them to take care of your baby.

It also eliminates any confusion on instructions. If it is written down, you don’t have to worry about relying on memory.
Tip: If you are pet sitting for someone, text them a picture of their pet when you go over to take them for a walk, play with them or feed them. We would always worry about how our puppy was doing without us, and it was awesome to get a picture of him playing with the pet sitter.
🐕 Puppy Growth Chart
For anyone that has a brand new puppy in their home, this one magical sheet is just for you guys. To be able to track their weight, height and length all on one sheet is going to be so helpful when you check in with the vet on regular check ups.
🐈 Flea Worm and Tick Treatments Worksheet
This eliminates all the mysteries of “when did I last put treatment on Scruffy?” Each month, mark down the dates that you apply the treatment so you know how long it’s been between. If you accidentally forget and something happens, you will quickly be able to reference this sheet and find out what happened.
🐾 Notes
This general notes page is an area that you are going to be able to brain dump everything including thoughts from vet visits, surgeries, trainings or anything related to your dog.
🐈 How to Assemble
I like to assemble all of my binders the same way. You just need a couple of items to get yours jump-started today!
Binders – Think ahead here and decide if you are at the vet a lot or not. If you are there just a few times a year, look at the 1 or 1.5-inch binder. I like to get the ones that have the clear protective cover so I can slide the cover sheet inside.
Protective sleeves – I love to protect my sheets and put them in clear sleeves. You can just punch holes in your sheets and just put them in the binder like that. Both techniques work great. Decide which one you enjoy the most!
Page dividers – This is great if you have a couple of pets you are going to use one binder for all of them.
That’s about it. Check around your house before you go out to buy one. You may have one stuffed away in a drawer or closet that you could test out.

I like the pet binder!! Thanks for the free download!
I am Dutch living in The Netherlands. No coupons here unfortunately, also scones are quite expensive here compared to ordinary whole grain bread. So I have to make my own version. 🙂
That is awesome! Enjoy!!
