Happy almost-2025, everyone! Can you believe another year is zooming by? That happens every day….really. But now we get to change the digits, and while not all of us are into New Year’s resolutions, you just can’t beat the feeling of a crisp, clean calendar ready to be filled with exciting plans. It’s time to give up those crumpled sticky notes and treat yourself to this free printable 2025 calendar!
Sometimes, it’s the little things that make a big difference. Like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, a good book on a rainy day, or a brand-new calendar to kick off the year.
This one comes in three handy versions: a Sunday start, a Monday start, and even an undated version for those who like to plan way ahead (or just prefer a blank slate!).
Each one has plenty of space to jot down appointments, birthdays, and those oh-so-important reminders to buy more coffee.
📅 Dated 2025 Calendar – Sunday Start
Like to keep your weekends together? This free printable 2025 calendar has the Sunday as the first day of the week. With the ink-saving design, and ample space for daily notes, it’s my go-to for managing my schedule and keeping track of appointments.
📆 Dated 2025 Calendar – Monday Start
If you prefer to start your week with a fresh Monday morning, this version is for you. It’s just as stylish and functional as the Sunday start version, but with the days arranged to suit your planning style.
📝 Undated Monthly Calendar
This flexible option is perfect for those who like to plan ahead or need a calendar for any year. You can just fill in the dates and days of the week, and you’re ready to go. It’s also a great choice for creating personalized calendars for specific events or projects.
Both Monday and Sunday start versions are included so you can create a custom schedule that works for you.
📌Tip: I use the undated version to keep track of household chores, but it also works for other planning purposes. I laminated mine so that I can use it with a dry-erase marker. I’ve had the same copy for the past 3 years since I printed it on cardstock and placed it in a binder to avoid wear and tear.
🖨️ Grab It Now
Ready to get organized? Just enter your info in the bow below and click the ‘Grab It Now’ button below to download your free printable 2025 calendar. You’ll get a PDF file with all three versions: the Sunday start, the Monday start, and the undated calendar.
Once you’ve downloaded the calendar, print it out following these easy steps:
👉Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader (or any PDF reader you prefer).
👉Select the pages you want to print.
- For the Sunday start 2025 calendar, print pages 1-13.
- For the Monday start calendar, print pages 14-26.
- For the Sunday start undated calendar, print pages 27-39.
- For the Monday start undated calendar, print pages 40-52
👉Select “Print” from the File menu.
👉Choose your preferred settings. The calendar was designed to print on U.S. Letter paper, so you can leave the default settings if this is the paper you’re using. You can adjust the scale before printing for other types of paper such as A4 or A5. I recommend printing high-quality paper for a calendar that will last all year.
✅How to Use Your Printable Calendar
I love using the dated calendar to keep track of appointments and birthdays, but it’s so much more versatile than that. I use several copies and I encourage you to do the same. It can help you stay organized and achieve your goals in all areas of your life. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Scheduling and Time Management
Keep track of all your important appointments, meetings, and events. You can color-code different categories (work, family, social) to get a clear overview of your schedule. This is something I love to do. I can spot the dates for my book club meetings even without my glasses! 🤓
You can even block out time for specific tasks or projects to help you stay focused and productive.

Special Occasions and Reminders
Never forget a birthday or anniversary again! Use your calendar to keep track of all those important dates. You can also use it for reminders, like when to pay bills, schedule appointments, or even just to take the trash out.

Meal Planning and Grocery Lists
I’m a big fan of meal prep, and of course, meal planning! The 2025 calendars are a practical way to plan your meals for the weeks ahead. Saving time, money, and reducing food waste is easier than you think.
Plan your meals for the week ahead and create corresponding grocery lists. This can help you save time, money, and reduce food waste. You can even note down special dietary needs or preferences for each family member.

Habit Tracking and Goal Setting

I might be a planner addict, but I’m also a little bit nosy. I would love to find out how you’re using this calendar. Do you color-code everything like me? Or are you more of a minimalist note-taker?
