If you have a shiny new air fryer in your kitchen, you’ve probably already started looking for easier ways to keep that useful appliance clean. The basket air fryers get messy quickly as crumbs and greasy build-up accumulate. Air Fryer Liners are a fantastic way to lessen the mess and make using your machine even more convenient.
I love my air fryer! Cooking in the air fryer is so handy we use it all the time. What I don’t love is the need to keep it relatively clean. Crumbs and grease burn in the air fryer. This is not a good idea.
Using air fryer disposable liners allows you to literally just lift out the mess and toss it all in the trash. No clean-up required! These air fryer parchment paper liners are wax-free and extremely convenient for no-mess cooking.
Reusable air fryer liners will ensure that you always have a liner on hand when you need one. A silicone liner for air fryers is much easier to wash than the inside of your machine or basket.

📒 How to Use
Using these handy liners is very easy. Just drop your liner of choice into your machine before you start cooking food. Once the food is cooked, remove the liner and throw it away or wash it for future use. While reusable air fryer liners are cost-saving in the long run, air fryer disposable liners are incredibly handy to have for extremely messy foods or busy weeknights.
💲 Where to Buy
I haven’t seen many of the liners in stores when I was out and about shopping, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get them. For one thing, silicone liners designed for a steamer will also often work in your air frying machine. For another, online stores such as Amazon have a reasonable number of options for both reusable air fryer liners and disposable air fryer liners. You can grab some of each for flexibility. I’ve included reviews of some of the best air fryer liners at the end of this post so you can pick the ones that will work best for you.
❓ FAQ
The answer to this question depends on your air fryer and how you use it. If you are using your machine for crumbly foods (bread-coated frozen foods for instance) or greasy foods on a regular basis you will love having an air fryer liner.
Yes. Generally, all silicone liners will be top-rack dishwasher safe but you should read the instructions that come with your liner.
No. Paper cupcake liners are often lined with wax and should not be used in an air fryer. You can, however, use silicone cupcake liners in the air fryer if you wish.

Hey there! If the smoke alarm went off, it means that there is too much oil being used or there might be food particles hitting the heating element. Which AF are you using? Did you toss the potatoes in oil? Give me as much information as you can so I can assist! 🙂 The ones with the holes are the ones I always use or the paper ones with no holes. I don’t have the silicone with NO HOLES but will be happy to help! Cheers!
