Preparing for the Easter holiday is one of the biggest events of the spring and to stay organized, we can use a little help with these Easter Planner Printables.
💖 Why You’ll Love This Planner
Keeps You Organized | These pages keep you organized as you go through the weeks heading up to the main day.
Works with Kids or No Kids at Home | It doesn’t matter if you don’t have to hide eggs this year, this planner will still keep you on your toes and make sure you don’t miss a beat. The menu planner, calendar pages, cooking schedule all work for any household.
Use Year After Year | Slide these pages into a small 1″ binder (pink, light blue or lavender) and keep it for year to year. Make divided sections and print off and save recipe ideas or egg dyeing ideas.
📝 What’s Included
Cover Sheet
We love using cover sheets with out planners so we can slide them into the see through binders so we know exactly what is in each binder.
Gratitude List
Just as the saying goes “An attitude of gratitude” for all of the blessings that we are given.
Taking the time to jot down 3-5 things per day of things and reasons you are thankful for allows us to remember how blessed and rich our lives are. Taking the time to do this helps us gain clarity for our everyday life.
There are so many things to be grateful for and if you are at a loss, start with our Daily Gratitude Journal for prompts and ideas.
Easter Menu Plan
Just as we plan our our Thanksgiving and Christmas menus, don’t forget to take the time to plan out Easter as well. So many of us love to organize a beautiful spread to celebrate Jesus has Risen. Main course, Desserts, Appetizers, Drinks, Side Dishes and a little spot for your notes.
Cooking Schedule
One of the hardest things to do for the holidays is to know when to start cooking each dish so that everything is ready on time. This cooking schedule will help keep you on track and make sure everything is served hot! Each hour is taken into account, a notes section and a section on things to remember.
Easter Egg Hunt Planner
You won’t forget a thing when you plan your hunt using this sheet which includes the date, number of people attending, supplies shopping list, to do section. The Hiding Plan for those eggs is included Egg Type, Hiding Location, Number Eggs Hidden, Number of Eggs Found.
February, March and April Calendars
Lent starts as early as mid February so blank calendars for each month are included for you to plan your season.
Easter Egg Hunt Starts Here Sign
Everyone will want to know where the big hunt starts and you can use this sign to guide them on their way. Leave this one blank, laminate it or put it on poster board with other decorations to make it larger. There is so much you can do with this one.
Seven Egg Hut Directional Signs
Laminate these and connect them to something like paint stirrer sticks to direct them on the right way to find your eggs. If you are planning a larger hunt, print off a few of each one so you can set them up all over a larger yard or park setting.
Five Pages of Easter Care Package Box Flaps
When you want to send someone you care about an Easter care package, then decorate the inside box flaps so when they open the box, it’s already decorated making what you put in the box extra special. The page of flowers and such are great to laminate and cut to just put on the goodies.
Printable Bunny Ears Plus Headband
When you want to have a little fun, use these bunny ears and headband as you decorate your eggs, go on your egg hunt or just as fun way to take fun family photos.
Cupcake Wrappers
Make your Easter table or party a little extra special using the cupcake wrappers in two different styles.
🐰 How to Use
Print off all of your planner sheets and decide which ones you need. Assemble your planner in a binder.
Binders | Grab a 1″ binder in pink, baby blue or lavender to slide all of your pages in. My favorite binders always have clear covers so I can slide the cover sheet inside.
Protective Sleeves | I love to use protective sleeves to keep all my printables clean and if I make a spill or mess, I can just wipe it off and it’s ready to back into the binder.
Laminators | These come in so handy when you are decorating or trying to keep some of your printables from year to year. They aren’t expensive and take up little room.
Laminated Pouches | These are the actual sleeves you need to laminate your pages.
Once you have your pages printed, start planning your season using the calendars, menu planners and cooking schedules.
Plan your Egg Hut. Laminate your Egg Hunt Direction signs and attach to painters sticks.
Whip up a batch of your favorite cupcakes and attach your cupcake liners and you are ready to party!
