These gluten-free  Coconut Flour Shortbread Cookie Bars are delicious & so easy to bake in just 30 mins!

INGREDIENTS

–Coconut Flour – Butter  – Sugar – Vanilla – Italian Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer  – Nonpareils

STEP 1

Mix the softened butter, & blend until creamy, using the whisk attachment

STEP 2

Add the sugar, vanilla & Italian sweet cream. Mix until smooth.

STEP 3

Add the coconut flour, & mix on low until the batter is smooth, & the dough becomes thick.

STEP 4

Spread the shortbread evenly in the prepared pan

STEP 5

Score the top of the shortbread with a sharp knife in one inch lines going across both ways in the pan. Sprinkle with Nonpareils!

STEP 4

Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, until golden brown!
