Tired of losing track of phone numbers and email addresses? I learned the hard way that writing down contact info on random pieces of paper and turning junk drawers upside down hoping to find them is not a good strategy. Enter our free printable contact list templates – It’s time to forget sticky notes and finally have ALL your important info in one place.
✔️ What’s Included
I’ve poured my heart (and a little bit of caffeine) into creating these two contact list templates – my aim was to make them both functional and pretty!
📌Classic Black & White – A sleek, minimalist design perfect for the office or anyone who loves a clean, organized look. Think of it as your contacts’ very own little black dress – timeless and always in style.
📌Colorful Doodles – If you’re like me and love a pop of color and fun, this one’s for you! It’s filled with playful doodles that’ll make organizing your contacts feel less like a chore and more like a creative outlet.
Both templates are designed to print on standard US Letter paper (8.5×11″) and come in a single PDF file for easy downloading. No fuss, just pure organization!
📱 Black & White Contact List Template
The classic contact list template offers a clean and functional layout that prints perfectly even on a black-and-white printer.
It includes designated spaces for names, information about the contact, phone numbers, and email addresses. You can also write down social media handles and the generous field for notes lets you add anything else that’s important.
The alphabet at the top is for organizing purposes – it lets you easily organize contacts alphabetically. Write only contacts that start with the same letter on any given sheet, and circle that letter in the alphabet at the top.
📧 Colorful Doodles Contact List
Use this fun and doodly printable contact list for a whimsical way to wrangle those contacts!
It has the same practical fields as the classic template (info, phone, email, social, address, and notes). The colorful design makes organizing feel more like playtime. Who said staying in touch had to be boring?
The A-Z alphabet is still present but on the right side of the template. It’s a valuable tool for alphabetizing contacts, and I always use it!
