✂️ Supplies Needed

Paper Cutter or Scissors | We suggest getting a paper cutter that you can hold 8.5 inch paper and make straight cuts. Scissors are needed for the bigger pieces for the banner and motifs for the photo frame.

Foam Core Board | If you plan to make the photo booth frame for your party, buy this at Walmart, Target, Staples, Hobby Lobby or any other craft store. It IS NOT the poster board. This is white foam board with a white exterior coating on the outside.

String or Ribbon | You will need some of this to hold the banner up and string in place. Use the color or type that best suits your party.

💐 How to Resize

If you want to resize any of the props for photos, it’s pretty simple.

To make it smaller, follow these steps.

Step One: Transfer the printable to your computer’s hard drive. Make sure to save it and name it something that you will remember like Cinco de Mayo Party Decorations or Printables Cinco de Mayo, if you happen to have a lot of printables on your computer.

Step Two: Go to FILE -> PRINT. When the pop up window appears, there will be an area called SCALE with a PERCENTAGE box next to it that you can change.

Step Three: Click SCALE and then select the PERCENTAGE you want to change it to. You click in the box and change it by deleting the 100% and putting in the number you want. You will want it to be SMALLER THAN 100% to make the printable smaller. You will see that the preview of the printable will change in size as do this.

To make it bigger, follow these steps.

🖨️ Printing

There are a couple options for printing these out.

You can use any home printer with a lot of great ink. We lean towards a solid HP version.

Paper | Use a good 20-25 lb weight paper so the motifs and the banner will hang nicely.

The other option is if you have a Staples near you is to email staples@printme.com the file and print from the file once you go to the store.
