I’ve always been a sucker for a personalized touch, especially when it comes to setting a festive table. There’s just something special about seeing your name on a place card, don’t you think? It’s like a little hug for your soul (and a great way to avoid any awkward “where do I sit?” moments). These free printable Friendsgiving place cards are not only adorable but also super easy to personalize! Just download, edit, print, and cut – it’s as easy as pie!
I’m a bit of a DIY enthusiast, so I love creating unique decorations for my Friendsgiving celebrations (I have more matching Friendsgiving printables, so stay tuned!). However, my favorite kind of decor is the effortless one, as there are plenty of things to do when I’m hosting a gathering and there’s no time to craft for days.
Enter these cute Friendsgiving place cards! They will warm up the atmosphere and they’re also a meaningful way to express your gratitude for your friends.
As an added bonus, now’s your chance to show off your creative side and impress your guests with your first-grade crafting skills.🤭
🍽️ Editable Friendsgiving Place Cards
These adorable place cards were such a hit at my Friendsgiving party last year! I made them editable so you can type in your guests’ names before printing. No fancy calligraphy required.
However, if you do want to practice your handwriting, simply delete the prefilled names in the PDF, and print them as blank place cards. Then, it’s time to break out the fancy pens!
Here’s the lowdown on these little cuties:
✔️Size – 3.5 x 2 inches
✔️Layout – 8 cards per page
✔️Editable – Yes! Personalize them with your guests’ names.
✨Bonus Freebie: Hosting another kind of get-together this fall? Be sure to download our free printable and editable fall place cards, perfect for any kind of autumnal celebration!
🎨 Creative Ways to Use These Place Cards
These little place cards are more versatile than you might think! Don’t limit yourself to just place settings – here are a few more ways to put them to good use:
🍲Food Labels – Spruce up your buffet table by using these cards to label your culinary creations (just try not to drool on them while you’re writing!). You can even add a little extra flair by sticking them to a larger piece of colorful cardstock or attaching them to mini easels.
🎁Gift Tags – Giving out goodie bags or party favors? These cards make adorable personalized gift tags. Just add a festive ribbon and you’re all set!
🍷Drink Markers – Avoid any “who’s got my drink?” confusion by using these cards as drink markers. Simply punch a hole in the corner of each card and thread it onto a straw. Voilà! Personalized drink tags that will add a touch of whimsy to your Friendsgiving festivities.
🖨️ Grab It Now
Now, it’s time to download and use these free printable and editable Friendsgiving place cards and make your tablescape pop!
- Enter your name and email in the box below and hit the “Grab It Now” button.
- In just a few moments, you’ll get an email with the download link for the PDF.
- Save it to your device and open it with the free Adobe Reader (or any other PDF reader, but do use a specialized app as the fonts might not be displayed correctly otherwise).
- Delete the placeholder names from the editable fields and type in your guests’ names, or leave them blank if you want to write them by hand after printing. You might need to print multiple sheets so each guest has their own place card.
- Print with the Scale setting at 100% or “Actual Size” if you’re using U.S. Letter paper. That is the default setting so it should be left alone unless you’re using another paper size.
- Use a pair of scissors, or even better, a ruler and a paper cutter, to cut the place cards.
- I highly recommend printing on cardstock for sturdier cards, and a more stylish look.
