Get ready to take control and organize your holidays this year with an adorable {free} Christmas Planner. Get ready to sit down and take action this year with everything you need to make this year’s holiday season go off without a hitch!
🎄Why This Works
Print What You Need – You have to love planners and binders where you pick and choose which page to print. There is no need to waste the ink and time on pages that don’t fit with your family.
Economical – You just need to have some blank sheets of paper and a little ink and you are ready to go. Best of all, it is yours for free!
Gets You Organized – This time of year we all get easily distracted and feel the “squirrel” mentality hit us all with the flashing lights, ads, requests and demands. This little planner keeps you focused and organized throughout the holiday season.
🎅 What’s Included
Cover Page
This is simple, sweet and minimalist. Slide this into the cover of your binder.
November, December and January Calendars
You are ready to start putting dates of key holiday events and planning your life for these busy three months. I add in school holiday shows for the kids, work functions, arrival dates of family members and the holiday movies on Hallmark that I am dying to see!
Check this out though! We’ve got you covered for the holiday seasons with a blank calendar to use as you please!
Menu Page
This is great to start planning out what you want to have for the holidays. Print off two of these if you like to do special things on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This page divides out every meal for you so you don’t miss a thing.
It is our family’s tradition to add a new dish each year. You never know when you might find that one that is a huge hit!
Some of our favorites during the holidays are 25+ No Bake Desserts for the Holidays and Slow Cooker Sea Salt Fudge.
Guest List
Make your guest list for who is coming and when. Make a note or a checkmark on the right hand side if they are coming. This helps you keep track of attendees when there is so much going on.
You sure don’t want to leave Aunt Edna stranded at the airport if you forgot when she was going to arrive! 😀😀 Place the {free} Kids Nativity Placemats under their plates to keep them busy in the down moments.
Seating Plan
You need this sheet if you are hosting a big group (not in 2020, of course!) to make sure that those that don’t love each other can be separated appropriately. Family dynamics are always fun to deal with during the holidays and the seating plan helps you, as the hostess, keep the peace.
Grocery List
Start making your holiday grocery list of everything you need to grab at the store. Without this list, you will be lost. You’ve made your menu above, check your pantry and add any missing items here.
I hate overbuying almost as much as realizing I missed a key ingredient and have to send my husband to the store to get it. Always do a quick Pantry and Freezer Inventory before you go so you don’t duplicate what you already own.
Recipes
This is such a fun page to have that you might want to keep it as a keepsake going forward to track the recipes that you and your family have tried and loved or even those you didn’t like. Think of all the memories that go with that. Yep! Keep this in the binder for next year! Lol!!
We love to make our Sausage Breakfast Casserole along with the Santa Pancakes for Christmas morning!
Cooking Plan
Nothing is missed here! Each course is covered including what you are having and who is responsible for cooking it. I love spreading the joy of cooking for the whole family this time of year.
You could have a lot of fun with this one and draw names from a hat or have everyone pick their favorite dish to prepare. Either way, enjoy the process and the outcome of homemade meals prepared by family. Nothing is better than that.
Christmas Baking
We didn’t forget one of the biggest parts of the holiday season here! We love baking as much as you do and can’t wait to start whipping up family favorites while trying to dodge the five pound weight gain.
Whether you are just baking for yourself or for your family and friends, this page takes so much stress off. You won’t forget all of your crazy ideas from November that you wanted to make in December. Be organized and it can all happen.
What do you plan to bake this year? Chocolate Strawberry Christmas Trees, Peanut Butter Balls, Christmas Crockpot Coffee or No Bake Nutella Cracker Bites are all favorites here!
Gift Tracker
This is one of my favorite worksheets in the binder. I even keep older versions, so I can keep track of the gifts I gave in the past. I am a sucker for memories like that.
Keep your list going and make sure that you have everyone covered with what you are buying, how much you are spending, when it arrives, and if you need to wrap it.
Christmas Card Tracker
There are two pages for you to track all your cards to send out. If you don’t have addresses, this is a good time to grab them and write them down. Again, I love to keep these pages as you can reference them again and again.
Clean Up Worksheet
You can tell a tired mom created this planner, right? Who is helping to clean up before, during and after the holidays besides a mom? It’s all there and it will be great to have everyone chip in and contribute a little.
I firmly believe that if you helped to make the mess, then you can help clean it up!
Notes Pages
General notes pages are a “must have” in binders and planners so you can document and jot down all your thoughts as you go through this year’s plans.
🔔 FAQ
Click to grab from your files, click print if you want all. If you want to just do pages 3-5, just do that. Make sure to double check if you are printing on both sides of the paper. That is up to you. For binders, I like to print on one side but you can choose anything you’d like with your binder.
